Riley Plogger Frost began her collegiate career at Utah State University, where she competed for three and a half years (including the COVID-19 season), before finishing at the University of Northern Colorado. She remains in the hitting record books at both programs. Over the past four years, Riley has coached in the Northern Colorado area, where she is passionate about sharing her love for the game and developing confident, consistent hitters.
Sophie earned All Big West Team honors 3X at Cal State Fullerton and was a 5x Big West pitcher of the week. She accumulated over 300 career strike outs throughout her impressive college career while leading the Titans to more than 40 wins. Coach Sophie loves helping pitchers reach their softball goals through consistent work and effort.
